I possess fully professional experience in Supply. I have Sixteen (16) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, about Six (6) of them as Logistics Manager and Ten (10) of them in the UN peacekeeping mission, UNAMID as Procurement Assistant a national staff. Since I joined UNAMID, I have been conducting the Procurement activities in accordance with the updated Procurement Manual, several guidelines issued by UNAMID Chief Procurement and Contract Management Officer, and the UN Financial Rules and regulation. To achieve the goals of the Procurement Section and meet the deadline of each requirement assigned to me, I am very meticulous in planning, prioritizing and organizing requirements received from the self-accounting units; I maintain constant coordination with them for additional information about the goods to be purchased or scope of work (SOW) for services. I am always in contact with my supervisor and the other colleagues to ensure I am in line with the section work-plan. Such attitude added value to my existence in the Section and makes me one of the main team players on whom it can be depended to accomplish targets and goals.
