- I Trained as a geologist specialising in exploration geology,mineralogical rock description,geographic information systems (map info.arc gis) .and also computer applications to recourse modelling ( leapfrog).supervision of diamond drill rigs as well as core logging using Logchief software.and unloading all data captured to the mainframe computer. Training included supervision of filed exploration crews as well as liason with drillers and exploration consumables vendors . Reporting to senior management of mine and filed exploration results and update.underground mapping and grade control was also part of the training as well as year end ore reserve reconciliation. I also was responsible for primary field data collection .Sketch maps were digitised and uploaded on a Datamine software on Windows interface.
