- • Preparation the Tenders with joredical & Financial conditions for spare parts needed. • Preparation the External Contracts tekts with the successful bidder. • The main work which controlled direct by me is the Documentary Credits during the following steps: o Preparation the applications of Documentary credit to the issuing bank according to contract conditions and roles of Uniform Customers and Practice for Documentary Credits UCP 600. o Matching letters of credits incoming form issuing bank with contract conditions and application credit (subject of L/C, beneficiary address, applicant address). o Observation execution of L/Ss (the required amendments by applicant or beneficiary). o Studying any discrepancies on the shipping documents incoming from corresponding bank with applicant commonweal. o Inform our approval of all discrepancies and payment authorization to issuing bank. o Receive the shipping documents as soon as arriving to our bank. • In addition to Preparation: Transportation of the goods sea transportions and Air transportions according to incotermes 2010 conditions (The international roles of international trade between the merchant and the buyer), Insurance on goods, Customs Clearance after arrival goods to the destanation port.
