  • ⦁ I Develop and apply a risk Management to ensure the safety of United Nations African Mission IN Darfur (UNAMID) staff and third parties. ⦁ I Coordinate logistics and administrative support for MovCon Services. ⦁ Liaises with local Authority for MovCon& Aviation transportation procedures. ⦁ I organize and supervise MovCon staff to ensure that the tasks are completed accordingly. ⦁ I preparing daily passengers/Cargo manifest timely to support organization activities and strategy. ⦁ I provide and support with full required information’s made the mission is able to provide passengers services- Medical/Security evacuations of crisis. ⦁ I prepare passengers load list and submit to National Security and Military Intelligent for approval 48hrs in advance. ⦁ I prepare passengers manifests and uploading on internet and notifying to the customers and shipments. ⦁ I organized passengers booking requirements including team sites according to the daily flights schedule. ⦁ I arrangemen with all other sections by dispatcing road convoy from/to within the mission area. ⦁ I performing outbound inbounds cargo and passengers baggage by packing,weighing,label ing,planning and dispatching to the required destination. ⦁ Handover procedure for inbound cargo and get them signing delivery note. ⦁ I update weekly cargo Backlog report for upcoming movement planning.

I qualified using the following office equipment's. * Computer skills with practice MS office software applications Word, Excel spreed sheet. * Photocopy machine. * Digital Sender. * Communication skills Radio Hand set HF and VHF. * Driving License. * Lase with local authorities for air mission and crew members issues. * I fluency speak and write Arabic and English language.
