- Collect all medical data of mission on a regular basis and ensure that all data officers have introduced all necessary data in computer software. Analyse all medical data compiled according to needs of mission and produce reports with explanation of all information. Interpret analysis and give opinion after taking into consideration previous analysis, trends, changes, differences and unusual data. As well as enter medical data in mission’s database on a regular basis according to protocols, including dates of visits, content of prescriptions, etc. Update files of existing patients according to protocols if needed and Participate in compilation of data both from MSF structures and from collaborating health facilities, Participate in search of missing data make any corrections needed to existing files and make regular back-ups of all data worked and ensure that all data officers do them as well as and keep them in different places than area of computers. Do quality control of work of data officers if any on a regular basis. Maintain confidentiality regarding all information registered. Prepare reports in weekly, monthly and annual basis and write any statistical reports that the supervisor or head of mission need.

With My ability to calculate important indicators in the statistical and interoperability analysis in addition to that I received through my work with MSF , professional background with the basic skills of computer, proficiency in Microsoft office packs and Geographical Information System(GIS) as well as SQL server and a very good knowledge of developing an accompanying database using the platform of Exile and KOPO System using the questionnaire , Would be considered to be one of the competitors for the post.
