October 2021- February 2022: Consultancy project for SAFERWORLD reporting on: Security Sector Reform in Sudan: Challenges and Entry Points for Civil Society. 3. October 2021- November 2022: National consultant for the British Council on Better Migration management phase 2 (BMM II) investigating potential violations at legal and policy levels and building mutual dialogue between migrants and host communities. 4. June 2021- September 2021: Consultancy project for giz on developing terms of reference for the NCCT at the national and state levels. 5. November 2020- May 2021: Consultancy project for IOM on The assessment of the Situation of Migrants in Administrative Detention in Sudan. 6. September 2019- November 2019: The participation in drafting technical recommendations for the security sector reform (University of Khartoum, 2019). • October 2009 until June 2017 Social Insurance Fund for Police Forces (SIFPF) Eight years’ experience in internal investigations and inspection at Social Insurance Fund for Police Forces (SIFPF). During my service there, I led the following projects: 1. Leading the drafting process of the SIFPF Internal Regulations (2011) which includes measures and procedures against fraud and corruption activities. 2. Leading the task-force that drafted the SIFPF strategy and action plan (2012- 2017) which encourage and consist of practical and clear measures regarding the assessments and review of received complains and allegations. 3. Undertake internal investigations into allegations of violations of law, policies, and appropriate practices regarding SIFPF functions and duties.
